My name is Lyn, and I am a mother to 3 beautiful children. I am, and always have been, passionate about health and wellbeing. Previously working as a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist.
The more I looked into health I realised that there were pieces of the jigsaw missing. Looking after your body by movement and nutrition wasn't all that was needed to reach optimum health.
Your mind and the connections to your body are essential. For example, how many times have we tried to eat better, move more and be less stressed? But life gets in the way, and we fall back into habitats that make us feel safe and secure...
I know these feelings as I have also been there, my younger self believed that health was more about how we looked rather than how we felt. Now I look at health as journey. Yes, what you eat, and physical movement are important. But how we sleep, manage stress and how we connect to ourselves is hugely important factors also.
We as individuals are unique in our own way and each person's optimum health looks different. It would be a privilege to join you on your empowering journey to reach what your health goals look like for you.
